By entering the competition, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry. Multiple Entries allowed when providing 3 email addresses of friends. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, DriveAway Holidays and their associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to, techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs, or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Prize draws will take place at Level 2, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2065, at 3pm EST on 01/07/08. The winners will be notified by telephone and email. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained during the course of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
