• Design: The online e-survey builder provides a user friendly interface to design the layout and look and feel of the survey. It includes the ability to:
  
  
  • Select a template with default layout and colours
  • Add company logos and colour schemes
  • Customise the number of questions per page
  • Edit introduction and thankyou messages
  • Customise buttons
• Compile: A number of question types are available and can be easily selected on a per question basis providing the user with excellent flexibility on question design and format. There is no maximum number of questions allowed. The user can also customise the data headings to be used in the collection process.
• Distribute: The E-survey builder incorporates an email campaign tool to design and distribute the survey to participants via email. This email is tracked to provide comprehensive delivery and tracking reports. Alternatively, a URL to the survey can be issued enabling the user to publish the link in print advertising, on web sites and other mediums.
• Collect: All data is collected in real time as survey participant work their way through the questions.
• Report / Analyse: Survey reporting is updated in real time allowing users to view at any time the number of participants and their responses. A number of reporting options are available including response filtering, pie and bar chart graphics and data and graphic download.
