How It Works?
MergeMaster is an add-on tool that plugs in to ACT! allowing you to conduct large communications out to your database while in ACT! MergeMaster will allow you to select the target group of contacts and what communication piece you would like to send, and then passes this info on to be processed and delivered via Prodocom’s communication network (E-mail, Fax, SMS engines). Note, there are fees for services in addition to the software:
E-mail – billed by the number of e-mails being sent
Faxes – billed by the minute
SMS – billed by the number of SMS messages

We have now made our Email Survey Builder live. This is an easy to use tool where you can build either simple or complex surveys with just about every possible type of question you can think of. You can completely customize your surveys to include your corporate look and feel, together with pictures and graphics where required. Of course the solution comes complete with comprehensive reporting with easily downloadable pie or bar graphs. Keeping in line with the Prodocom policy of pay as you go, there is no monthly or annual subscription fee, simply pay for the surveys that you build. To assist with managing contacts and time management, we have added a tasks option to our web interface. This enables you to set yourself reminders and tasks against entries in your address book. Together with the ability to make notes against these entries and look at the history of the messages you have sent, you now have some powerful tools associated with your online address book.
In response to numerous requests we will shortly be adding a Survey builder to the Email Campaign Manager. You will be able to build an HTML email and link it to a survey which you can build online. The results will also available online and can be downloaded for further analysis. It's easy to learn and can provide quick results.
