Prodocom provides its clients with a robust system for delivery of messages around the world.

The Prodocom platform accepts messages from your system using existing communications mediums, including, SMTP, MAPI, FTP, SFTP, HTTP and Web Browsers. For added security, you can connect using our proprietary communications tools across the internet that provide 5 levels of security and encryption.

Processing the Job

Received messages are first checked to ensure that you are a valid used. The job is then passed on for processing. This includes mail merging, adding cover pages or additional attachments and a number of other client or message specific requirements.

Routing the Job

The Prodocom routing system finds the best path for your message across the network to the intended recipients. The system makes a "best path" determination based upon network availability, known outages, and least-cost routing.

Reporting

When the job is complete, a report is generated and sent back to the originator. This will usually be via email, but may be via a dedicated link.
