INTEGRATE
Through a range of different processes we are able to seamlessly integrate into just about any environment. If we can't already, then we'll certainly have a good look at how we can. Projects that we have already undertaken and have generic application include processing invoices, statements, orders and alerts. These might go out as Fax, Email, Post, SMS or Mobile app. If required, for example with business document processing, we can attempt to deliver via fax, or email and if we have any failures, automatically send them out via Post. In most cases we will create a "Pre-Processor" that will take the data you feed us and convert it into a format that both suits your requirements and is ready to feed into our Production System. XML over HTTPS API
Most bespoke integrations are through our XML over HTTPS API. This easy to use API covers the ability to end Email, SMS, Fax and Voice messages with XML as the file format. You can find the API schema here –

FTP, SFTP, Inetfiletransfer, Email
Alternatively a lot of our clients will transfer files of varying formats to us via a range of different file transfer methods. We will then use, or write, an appropriate process to convert those files to suit the method of delivery.
FTP
File Transfer Protocol. Files are not encrypted in transfer, but it is quick and easy to setup.
SFTP
Secure File Transfer Protocol. Files are encrypted in transfer, but it takes a little bit to setup.
Inetfiletransfer
PRODOCOM’s proprietary version of SFTP with encryption and compression. Secure, quick and easy to setup.
Email to Fax, Email to SMS, emailing of a text that we use to populate an HTML template to send out as an email, or a text file to trigger a voice campaign.
File formats that we currently accept are;
CSV and PDF
Use the CSV file to provide personalised data for an HTML email template as well as specify which PDF is to go to which recipient.
Crystal Reports
RPT files with hidden data in the first lines of the document that do not get seen by the recipient but give us all we need for personalisation of a HTML template and where to deliver it to.
Postscript
PS files with hidden data in the first lines of the Postscript code that do not get seen by the recipient but give us all we need for personalisation of a HTML template and where to deliver it to.
PDF files with hidden data in the first lines of the document that do not get seen by the recipient but give us all we need for personalisation of a HTML template and where to deliver it to.
Text
A variety of text formats with defined variables. We can send as is or use the data to populate stored templates.
WAV
Used in conjunction with a text or csv file to trigger voice campaigns.
