Background

The PRODOCOM API allows clients to send a range of messages through the PRODOCOM message delivery system, directly from their own systems. This means that the client retains control over how users create messages as well as the look and feel of their message sending capabilities.

This API may be used so the user never steps outside of their desktop application, or using the login options, the API can take the user to the PRODOCOM web portal (a generic or skinned version) to continue the message build and sending process. Similarly the API can take the user straight to the reporting section of the web portal.
