Free Online CRM System

The CRM is split into Companies, Recipients, Groups and Opt-outs, under the Contacts menu item.

Companies

Under the Companies option you will find CRM functionality that enables you to:

• Track meetings.
• List calls.
• List messages sent.
• Manage opportunities.
• Plot out an organisational chart.

This is in addition to the general contact details, comments, document storage and the ability to create custom fields to suit your own purposes.

Recipients

Under the Recipients option you will find options to:

• Send any type of message directly from the record.
• Make notes.
• See the message history.
• See which links they have clicked on.

Again in addition to the general contact details, comments, document storage and custom fields. A recipient can belong to both a company and multiple groups.

Groups and opt-outs

Under the Groups option you can manage groups of recipients, and under the Opt-outs option you can manage your list of people who have opted out of receiving messages.
