Free Online CRM System

To compliment the message sending capabilities of the PRODOCOM solution, there is an online CRM that goes beyond just an online address book.

The CRM is split into Companies, Recipients, Groups and Optouts, under the Contacts menu item.

Under the Companies option you will find CRM functionality that enables you to;

• Track meetings.
• List calls.
• List messages sent.
• Manage opportunities.
• Plot out an organizational chart.

This is in addition to the general contact details, comments, document storage and ability to create custom fields to suit your own purposes.

Under the Recipients option you will find options to;

• Send any type of message directly from the record.
• Make notes.
• See the message history.
• See which links they have clicked on.

A Recipient can belong to both a Company and multiple Groups.

Under the Groups option you can manage groups of Recipients.

Under the Optouts option you can manage your list of people who have opted out of receiving messages.
